Founded in 2018, is the passion project of husband and wife duo and former commercial real estate agents, Melissa & Zev, Launched while still dating, Xenia began with several successful and widely popular AirBnB locations and 18 Superhost acknowledgments before branching off into Southern California’s premier short-term rental team.
